about me

Enthusiastic. Creative. Empathetic. Nomadic. Organized (to a fault).

These are a few words that friends, family members, colleagues and managers over the decades have used to describe my personality (well, the good parts at least :P). Over the past decade, I’ve been a devoted student and teacher of meditation and yoga, writing and learning about behavior change, chronic pain, anxiety, as well as spiritual philosophies and their intersections with neuroscience and psychology. I’m a curious soul, an avid globetrotter, and can think of nothing better than one of those deep belly laughs you simply can’t control.

Though my career has experienced many iterations, I’ve remained focused on my goal of helping people develop self-awareness and overcome unhelpful patterns holding them back from their next evolution in this bizarre thing called life. I began as a yoga and movement teacher, transitioned into massage therapy, and then, shifted into behavioral health coaching.

All of these paths I’ve taken - as well as the studies at renowned universities and meditations centers that made all these paths possible for me - have shaped my approach to what I am focused on now: writing and producing meditations, stories, and courses for people prone to mental and physical tension. My content is informed by evidence-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, MBSR, motivational interviewing, and more.
