"In a session with Anne, you can expect to be deeply listened to and empowered to discover and live your unique version of wellness."

Anne is a graduate of the University of Michigan where she studied Kinesiology (the study of the body and movement) and received her B.S. in Health & Fitness. She is an enthusiastic health educator and wellness professional with experience teaching group exercise classes, conducting multidisciplinary research, and developing wellness programs and trainings. Anne is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine, holds multiple fitness certifications, and has completed 380 hours of training in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness.

Her interest in teaching and working with individuals and groups on their wellness truly began in middle school, when she wrestled with perfectionism, body-image, confidence, and authenticity. She became fascinated with psychology and spent much of her free time reading self-help books and learning more about personal development, fitness, and nutrition. Her own struggles through the years in finding balance and discovering “true” health and happiness have inspired Anne to share what she has learned with others who also seek change and growth. Anne is enthusiastic about helping people feel better and enhancing their wellness via movement practices, education & training, and/or guided self-reflective practices like meditation and journaling (or all of the above!)

Anne's constantly evolving purpose is the compass for her work: to live each day with authenticity, humor, and presence to inspire others to live their lives to the fullest.
