Anne Lowell, LMBT #17279, ACSM EP-C, RYT 500

Anne is a graduate of the University of Michigan where she studied Kinesiology (the study of the body and movement) and is currently based in Asheville, NC. Anne is a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist, a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine, holds multiple fitness certifications, and has completed 500 hours of training in yoga, meditation, and mindfulness. Anne considers herself a teacher at heart and a lifelong learner; someone who is always excited to share knowledge, brighten people's days, and invoke self-discovery and positive change in her clients.

Her interest in teaching and working with individuals and groups on their wellness began at a young age when she began to struggle with anxiety. She found relief by reading books, listening to interviews, and learning from experts in the field of wellness, applying this information to her own life, and in sharing the knowledge with friends and family. Her desire to enjoy life to the fullest is what continues to inspire Anne to share what she has learned with others who also seek change, growth, and a life well lived.
